I was eleven years old and I the sixth grade in Bloomington, Indiana. Even though it's been almost 15 years, I still remember vividly the news reports. My heart breaks for those lost on that day. You will never be forgotten.
...in the aftermath, I attended an interfaith prayer meeting that left me in awe. And I know now that though there might be a few incidents no one is proud of, we have come a long way in the fight against bigotry.
