our school had no notification on what happened that tuesday morning.

when i was driving home, my mom called and told me what had happened. that 2 planes hit the WTC towers, another one in the pentagon, and another one in a field in pennsylvania.

i swear i thought she was joking. but it was no joke, when i came home and turned on the news.

now, i’m 21, almost 22. it’s like a blur. and it’s weird to think that 911 didn’t happen too long ago.
