I was 21 and was sitting down to lunch to which I still remember what I was eating and the colour of my plate.

That’s when news just came on and said a small plane had hit the North Tower of the World Trade Centre. I instantly thought it was a terrorist attack by the fact of what was unfolding on the tv.

I phoned my Dad and told him. I went over to my friend to play playstation only for us to turn back on the tv and see what had happened to the Pentagon I will never ever forget that day and always think of those who lost their lives on that terrible day.
