I Hope and Pray, each reader of this has a Happy and Healthy new year.

I was working, I cried, and I prayed.

Just wanted to offer a perspective. I live about 15 minutes from NYC and about 40 minutes from downtown where we were attacked. I know at least one person who died, although not in contact recently, and have heard several second hand stories of others who also died.

I hope many people still believe that God the father is still our protector, despite this tragedy and I pray that those who are distant from him seek and find him in the name of Jesus the Christ.

Look, I was just like everyone else reading this – even worse. Drinking, drugs, tatoos, sexual sin, not acknowledging God’s presence, etc.

Christ cleaned my life though. I could never do it myself. But I did ask him. You must ask.

Don’t try to figure out Sept 11th. Just know that God is always in control but lets these things happen to bring us closer to him. I hope someone picks up that Bible. I don’t care what religion you are. Give him a chance, what do you have to lose. I can tell you there’s a prize–eternal life. He loves us all, let’s give him the glory and praise he deserves. I know I certainly don’t praise him enough as I’m caught up in this web-building stuff.
