On 911 I drove my wife to work that morning in our new car 2001 grand am.. I then went to auto-zone to pick up some things for the car, I noticed people were acting funny but just went on about my way and headed home. The traffic was very slim almost nobody on the roads this was about 9:30. I arrived at the house and started cleaning the car at 10:pm. I did this until 1:45, at this time a fighter jet flew very low over my house and I looked in the air and it was an escort for the marine one helicopter . I had seen this many times on TV and it was so low I could read the presidential emblem on the side. Another jet was flying beside it, no planes or aircraft was supposed to be in the sky at this time. They said the president was on air force one but planes can only land at airports helicopters can land anywhere!

I thought nothing of it other than wow that was probably the president. I went in the house for lunch and the phone rang it was my wife! she said she had been trying to contact me all morning and asked me if I knew what was going on and I said no, she told me to turn on the tv..I was floored and left to get my kids from school.
I knew nothing about 911 until almost 2:PM Eastern Time
by the way this was in East TN.
