On 9/ll 2001 i was working. At the time I was working at a florist. I remember listening to the radio and someone came on over the radio and was talking about planes crashing into the world trade center. It didn’t hit me at first but then it finally clicked in. I was very stunned. It wasn’t but a couple of hours later someone called the florist and said that gas prices were going up to $3.00, $4.00, and even $5.00 a gallon in some places. I was very scared. It is so sad. Americans are supposed to be like family and I think that 9/11 made a big impact on us Americans and brought us closer than ever before.
