On the morning of 9/11 I was getting ready for work, watching the news like I do every morning when the 2nd plane hit the towers. I was with my son Carson and he was laying on the couch, and I was so scarred and I didn’t want to leave my baby. I spent the rest of the day watching the coverage on what was happening, and shutting trucks down due to a terrorist threat. The rest of the week we couldn’t move and trucks or cargo because the terrorist threat was that they were going to use a semi to set off more bombs. But it didn’t change the way I saw Muslims. And I saw a lot of good things come out of the attack of 9/11.
