I was at my office when I got the news September 11, 2001. What was unusual is that I normally turn my radio on as soon as I get to work. That morning for some reason I didn’t. I had gotten a telephone call from a customer who told me what had happened. I could not believe my ears, so I called my boss he confirmed what I had been told. I turned on the radio and froze at what I was hearing. The first thing I did was call my son’s school to make sure he was alright. I then called my sister who lives in up state New York close to the Nuclear Power plant to make sure her family was safe. I just wanted to be with my family. When I finally got home and turned on the television I sat and cried. September 11, 2001 willl forever be in my mind.
May the souls tht were lost that horrible day rest in peace.
May the hearts that lost that day find peace.
